Slow Cooker Beef & Barley Soup

Ingredients

2 lbs lean boneless beef or leftover roast beef cut ito bite-sized pieces

1 onion chopped

2 stalks celery chopped

5 carrots peeled & sliced

8 ounces sliced mushrooms

3 cloves garlic minced

1 cup barley or pearl barley uncooked

48 ounces beef stock or beef broth

3 tablespoons tomato paste

2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon ground pepper

Directions

Place all ingredients into a large crockpot.
Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8-9 hours.
